Neurohope is a private medical clinic specializing in neurosurgery. Its staff is comprised of excellent neurosurgeons who are trained at prestigious neurosurgery clinics in Europe.
The client.
NeuroHope came to us looking for a new, improved website that improves customer experience and is aligned with their brand image. The old website wasn’t responsive and, most importantly, it lacked a CMS – Content Management System – which made updating the content of the website a great difficulty. Any photos or text blocks on the website could only be changed by using code, which made this process extremely time-consuming and costly as it involved professional help.
Another significant challenge faced by the old website was its loading speed of 20 seconds. Finally, NeuroHope needed an efficient system that would enable patients to create online appointments to consultations.
The Solution.
Our client has excellence as a brand value, and we tried to reflect this attribute in the design of their website. We delivered a multilanguage website with a bespoke design that would complement their brand. The website loading speed was dropped to 4 seconds which represents a huge improvement over the old website.
The newly built, high-quality website, has a CMS that enables the NeuroHope staff to easily update website content with no external assistance needed. This not only improved the user experience on the website but it also increased usability for our customer.
Potential clients have access to a medical second opinion system that enables them to send their diagnosis and related documents to Neurohope and receive a reply the same day. This website is integrated with our clients’ CRM system which allows for all the uploaded documents to be stored in their internal database.
NeuroHope also hosts online events and webinars directly from their new website. This functionality saves the time and funds that would have otherwise been invested in other platforms. It helps keep their customers on their website, loyalizing them, and offering a pleasant user experience.
