Olga Gudynn International School is one of the best-known pre-school education institutions in Romania. The internationally accredited institution approached us to create an online presence that would promote its bilingual teaching system of excellence.

The Challenge.

Olga Gudynn’s previous website was 10 years old. It lacked today’s digital best practices and it was not responsive. Also, its outdated design and architecture created a poor user experience. The institution provides educational solutions from kindergarten to high school. Users lacked a clear path to the content they were interested in. Parents of kindergarten children were thus exposed to links and pages to the high school section of the website. The cluttered content and confusing website architecture resulted in user frustration and friction.

The Challenge

The Solution.

We created a responsive, multilingual web design project that fulfilled the client’s needs. The school registering forms were decentralized and the management of website school registrations was automated. This led to improved user experience and better maintenance of the internal database of the customer (in the past, registration forms for high school, middle school, and kindergarten ended up in the same place).

An easier customer journey was created by keeping users to the website area of their interest (no more high school links in the kindergarten sections). An online store was also integrated on the website, thus maximizing the strength behind the client’s presence. The project also resulted in frictionless user experience through easier browsing and better navigation and filtering. We also created unique experiences for customers interested in certain school services only and clearer paths to content.
